Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours if the item is unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Exchange is valid for items of equal or higher value. No refund applies for lower-value exchanges. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Not applicable to custom items, gifts, or discounted products from 50% and above.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, LENCIS will support replacement or exchange and cover all related costs.
Custom-made items are produced based on measurements provided by the customer. Size exchange is not applicable. Additional alteration support may be available with fee. If the issue is caused by LENCIS, all related costs will be covered.
LENCIS does not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted when all required conditions are fully met.
